Collaborative project with Alex Kim & Christine Wang
As a collaboration between the American Heart Association and Wiggin Village—a neighborhood in Providence, Rhode Island—the redesigned prescription blister pack improves medication adherence with its user-friendly layout, practical features, and bilingual design.
This blister pack opens like a book with a calendar on the front cover, a handle, and a magnet flap. Inside, four pages provide a month’s supply of medication with clear labels and serrated edges. A customizable photo and redesigned medication chart filled out by the pharmacy can also be included. This reorganized design prioritizes patient convenience, engagement, and legibility for easier medication regimen maintenance and better health.
